I’ve found my account easy to manage overall. I was able to go in, update my details, and check through everything I needed without feeling confused or having to dig around too much. I did have one small question while I was using it, but I found the right option fairly quickly, which made the whole thing feel straightforward and stress-free.

I’ve been using KeepCalling mainly because the rates are cheap and easy to look up. I can talk for a while without feeling like the cost is getting out of hand, which is nice. I feel like they probably keep prices low by focusing on international calls more than fancy extras, but who knows. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

I used keepcalling.com to add credit to my account, it was smooth for me. The payment went through quickly, I didn’t have to deal with errors or sit around waiting, and my balance showed up right after I paid. I like when things just work without making me waste my time, so I’ll probably use it again whenever I need to recharge

I’ve been using KeepCalling for a while now, mostly to send mobile top-ups to family overseas. Compared with a couple of other services I’ve tried in the past, it’s been straightforward, and most of the time the credit shows up without any issues.
That said, it doesn’t always happen as quickly as I expect. A few top-ups took longer than usual, and once I had to reach out to support to see what was going on. It’s not a bad service, and I still use it, but it’s definitely better when the top-up goes through right away.

"Works, but the freezing gets really annoying"
The app does connect my calls, so it’s not completely bad, but it freezes and crashes on me sometimes. It’s frustrating having to sit there and wait for it to respond, especially when I’m trying to make a call quickly

"Support came through, just kinda slow"
I had to reach out to support because my credit didn’t show up after I paid. They did get back to me and fixed it in the end, so I’ll give them that, but yeah… it took longer than I thought it would and I had to explain the same stuff more than once.
Wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, just a little annoying. I’m still using the service, but next time I really hope support is quicker and a bit more clear about what’s going on

"Clear calls without the awkward lag"
I mostly use KeepCalling to talk to my family overseas, my simple shortcut for judging a calling app is this: if I don’t have to think about it, it’s working. So far, that’s been the case here.
The voices come through clearly, not muffled or robotic like some internet calls can be. There also isn’t that annoying delay where both people start talking at the same time, which makes conversations feel a lot more normal.
I think I’ve had one call drop in quite a while, but nothing that would make me stop using it. For me, clear calls and no weird lag are the main things, and KeepCalling checks those boxes...

Can't find a phone number on keep calling website so i can speak to someone to confirm terms and conditions, especially if rate offered for country selected is long term or only introductory. rate offered for larvia is 3.3c/min but for neighbouring country lithuania is 24c/min. doesn't make sense so old like to confirm.
